I am not extremely pleased with my progress so far. I was going through a lot of work and personal matters towards the beginning of the semester so my school work was put on the back burner. However, I believe I am getting my groove back academically and am optimistic about the next part of the semester. I am extremely thankful for the tremendous amounts of extra credit offered in this class. I am focusing on taking more extra credit opportunities. Web Source. 

Like the stories I have written, the feedback I am giving has improved throughout the semester. At the start of the semester, I found it hard to give beyond surface level feedback. The lessons in commenting and reading in this class have really helped me think beyond the surface level of comments. I can see my classmates have also experienced improvement throughout the semester. All of them give me more confidence in my writing but help challenge it as well. I think this meme is perfect to explain feedback. Without feedback, we wouldn't know what we were doing right or wrong.  Web Source. 

I've noticed as the semester has progressed, my storytelling also has progressed. My first story started out with my simply retelling the story and not changing anything. In my most recent story, I changed quite a bit and was proud of the creative takes I thought of. I think the constant reading and practice writing, even in this short time, has drastically improved how I think when reading and writing stories.
