I am a very busy person. I work many jobs and am enrolled in a lot of hours. I have found the best way for me to keep up with everything is to have many calendars and keep a to-do list. I basically have a calendar in each room plus keep one on my phone to make sure I have full access to my calendar at all times.
I looked at the Article, "The Psychology of Checklists" by Lauren Marchese. It made some good points on the satisfaction of crossing off tasks. I can agree that this is honestly the best feeling.
